Money back guarantee
The first thing AFS will do is offer you a 6-months money back trial. Of course often it takes us longer than 6-months to find out about your business and to improve quality scores. If you are not happy with us after 6 months, we will return our fees and just charge a fixed sum of between $500 to $1,000 for various expenses.

AFS does not follow the industry standard
The industry standard is to charge a percentage of media/adspend fees or the charges made by Google and the other search engines. This means that November and December fees tend to be high and fees for other times of the year tend to be low. We prefer not to have our fees dependent on media spend. There is always room for doubt by a client whether we spent the money purely to pad our fees. We prefer just to be paid a fixed sum so there is not clear advantage if we spend more.

Service is always Month to Month
Our clients choose to work with us each month based on value and performance. We do not hold any of our clients to a contract of service. Service can be canceled at any time after the first month with one month’s notice. Where we have special setup fees, we allow the client to choose a longer notice period or pay a setup fee and retain the one month notice period.

Range of fees
We have divided AFS’s services into a number of levels. For each level of service, we charge a flat fixed ongoing monthly management fee based on your total monthly traffic budget. This due to the competitive, real time nature of these accounts, it is necessary to monitor, strategize and make changes on an ongoing basis to achieve the best possible results. Sometimes if your business and the market place are static, we will reduce our fees over time.

 

Entry level and lower budget fees
AFS’s entry levels are programs for clients with a low budget and/or as a starter program.

Our entry level a) is for clients who do not wish to have a website. Of course you may want to undertake this level and not undertake any paid search on your website.

Sometimes we reserve the right to charge a setup fee of twice the monthly fee; or we may require a longer notice period.

The entry level b) is designed for businesses looking to spend up to small amounts in a small market, low competition, or a test of entry to see if PPC is a good fit to gain a return on investment. To find out if this program is right for you, it begins by talking with one of our qualified specialists about your specific business needs. Once all of your questions are answered, and you choose to work with us, you are responsible for our setup and first month of management fees. Sometimes we reserve the right to charge a setup fee of twice the monthly fee; or we may require a longer notice period.

 

 

The other levels show a progression of sophistication and complexity. All fees are capped at a certain level regardless. Sometimes we reserve the right to charge a setup fee. They usually have one or more accounts in Google, one or more accounts in Yahoo and an account in MSN/Bing. Again, sometimes we reserve the right to charge a setup fee of twice the monthly fee.

Low budget setup
For our starter package, we customize Google Adwords only. Yahoo and Microsoft accounts are part of our full program. We are proud of our work and ability, and fully believe achieving the best results starts with a great foundation, and that foundation is your setup. To start the process, we conduct an in-depth interview with each new client to develop a personal and meaningful relationship from which to build. We start by learning about your business, goals, past experience, customers, competition, competitive advantages, and really, anything at all related that could help us maximize your advertising investment. We then start the process of getting your accounts ready to launch online.

This includes: a full keyword analysis including negative keywords, keyword organization, copy writing for multiple ads in each group, proper platform settings to maximize results demographically, budget monitoring, and much more. The platforms at Google, Yahoo, and Microsoft offer many options that businesses need to be aware of to get maximum results, and we make sure everything is in place properly from the start.

 

Yahoo! Search, Google AdWords, Microsoft AdCenter, Facebook & Twitter Charges
By working with us you agree to the current terms of service of each search engine and in particular Yahoo! Search Marketing, Google AdWords and Microsoft AdCenter. Any traffic received through these accounts will be paid by direct credit card billing for your accounts. Your monthly traffic budget will not flow through AFS.
Our flat fees are designed to achieve a true partnership with your business. We are not tempted to spend more just to enhance our fees. Our goal is to maximize the results of your advertising investment regardless of budget. Entry level
All of our work is completely within your PPC accounts. We just take care of everything while you are working with us. If you pay a setup fee then the work we do and the accounts themselves always stay with you and your business, with or without AFS.

Basic onwards
Any accounts we inherit remain yours.
New accounts are different. Because we may add special code to your accounts and use sophisticated artificial intelligence and algorithms, it may take time to strip this code from your accounts.
So the greater sophistication, the greater time it takes to takeout our code. Also some of the moves we have made might let you recreate some of the special moves we have made.
We understand that the paid search accounts and their history at Google, Yahoo! and others are a business asset for each of our clients. On the other hand we need to cover our costs. So if you want to inherit the accounts then we require a minimum notice period – the longer the more sophisticated the account is, and an initial setup fee.

Accessibility of accounts
Your accounts and campaigns are always fully accessible, transferable and funded directly. We do not hold accounts in our name, or flow any of your paid search budget through AFS.

Reports
However, we do provide a range of reports, often daily so that you can judge our performance and the paid search events on a daily basis. Weekly and monthly reports are also available.
